Take action TODAY to ELIMINATE salary history questions! The TN General Assembly needs to hear from you!

The House Banking and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee will now hear HB0725 on Wednesday, March 31 at 9:00AM.

AAUW needs YOU to call and email the subcommittee members today and urge them to vote YES on HB0725.

Hello Rep _____________,

My name is ______________ and I’m a member of AAUW- (branch). I am asking for your support for HB 0725, Eliminating the salary history question.

This legislation is over due. Tennessee job seekers deserve to be paid fair market value for their skills, experience and education.

The State government has already done away with these questions, as have most major employers like Amazon and Fed Ex, even Alabama is on board with this one.

Please help your constituents get a fair shot at every employment opportunity.

VOTE YES on HB 0725.

Thank you, your name
